Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-06-10 · Last updated 10 June 2026
1. Who we are
Fuzzy Data ("we", "us") provides real-time e-commerce market intelligence at fuzzydata.uk. For anything relating to these terms or your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By ticking the consent box when creating an account — whether with Google or with email and password — you agree to these Terms & Conditions and you give us your consent to store your personal information and to contact you, as described below. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.
3. The service
Fuzzy Data is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and access may be suspended or withdrawn while the product is in development. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information (your name, surname, and email address) when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and session secure.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
5. Personal data we collect
- Account data — your first name, surname, and email address, plus your authentication provider identifier (Google account ID or Supabase user ID).
- Consent records — the date, time, and version of the terms you accepted.
- Usage data — product events tied to your account (event name, page path, and timestamps) so we can understand how the product is used.
6. How we use your data, and contacting you
With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and where necessary to provide you the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), we use your data to:
- create and operate your account and authenticate you;
- contact you by email about your account, early access, product updates, and onboarding;
- analyse usage of the product to improve it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Where your data is stored
Authentication and our database are provided by Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Your account data and usage events are stored in our Supabase project and protected by access controls and row-level security. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your account data and usage events for as long as you hold an account. If you ask us to delete your account, or you withdraw your consent, we delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
9. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email and ask you to re-confirm your consent where the changes affect how we use your personal data. The version and date at the top of this page identify the terms you accepted.
